How to Read the Dashboard and Make Decisions
The dashboard is the main page of your model, where all key metrics are gathered. Let's break down what to look at and how to interpret the data.
1. KPI Cards
At the top of the dashboard — key indicators: total revenue, total expenses, net profit, active customers, LTV/CAC and breakeven month. Red values signal problems — losses, negative NPV, LTV/CAC < 1.
2. P&L Charts
The main chart shows monthly revenue, expenses and profit trends. The point where the profit line crosses zero is the operational breakeven month. The waterfall chart breaks down P&L by components.
3. Unit Economics
ARPU, CAC, LTV and LTV/CAC widgets show per-customer economics. LTV/CAC > 3 is a good level for scaling. CAC Payback < 12 months is a reasonable return period on acquisition investment.
4. Cash Runway
Cash Balance shows the remaining funds by month. Cash Runway shows how many months the company can operate at current expenses. If runway < 6 months — it's a signal to seek funding or cut costs.
5. Customization
Add widgets from the catalog (25+ available), drag and resize them. Presentation mode hides navigation for investor demos. The dashboard can be exported to PDF or JPG.
