These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern access to and use of the Prodwave web application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), available at productwave.app. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to abide by them. 2. Description of the Service
Prodwave is an online financial modeling platform designed for product teams, startups, and business analysts. The Service allows you to build P&L models, calculate unit economics, conduct scenario analysis, collaborate on financial forecasts, and export results. Service functionality may change, expand, or be limited without prior notice.
3. Registration and Accounts
To access Service features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. If you discover unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service, including source code, design, logos, text, and other materials, belong to the Prodwave team and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Data that you enter into the Service (financial models, parameters, calculations) remains your property. We do not claim ownership rights over your content.

When using the Service, you must not: violate applicable laws; attempt unauthorized access to Service systems; use automated means to collect data (scraping, crawling); distribute malicious software; disrupt Service operation or create excessive infrastructure load; use the Service for fraud or deception; transfer or resell access to the Service to third parties without our consent.

Financial calculations and forecasts generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or other professional advice. Decisions made based on Service data are made at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Prodwave team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of data, profits, goodwill, as well as damages caused by Service interruptions. Prodwave's total liability on any basis shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for use of the Service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon account termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
