How to Work as a Team

Prodwave supports collaboration: organizations, roles, model sharing, comments and real-time presence.

1. Create an Organization

A personal organization is created when you register. You can create additional organizations for different teams or projects. Switch between organizations via the avatar menu.

2. Invite Members

In organization settings, send invitations by email. The member will receive an email with a link to join. You can see the status of each invitation (sent, accepted).

3. Assign Roles

Four roles: viewer (view only), commenter (view + comments), editor (full editing) and admin (organization management). The role determines what a member can do with models.

4. Model Sharing

Each model can be shared separately: by link (for anyone with the link) or by personal invitation (specific users with a specific role). Sharing settings are in "Model Settings".

5. Comments and Presence

Leave comments on any model element — dashboard widget, canvas block, section. Use @mentions to get colleagues' attention. Online user avatars show who is currently working with the model.
